Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Nacre Cosmos.

7-Day Return Request

For eligible items, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn where applicable, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and included components.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an unconfirmed address may not be accepted. If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Resolution Options

Because many Nacre Cosmos pieces are handcrafted, delicate, or shipped internationally, a physical return is not always the most practical solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, replacement component, partial refund, full refund, store credit, discount on a future order, or an authorized return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, has a significant manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Natural Material Variations

Mother-of-pearl and other natural materials naturally vary in color, texture, pattern, and iridescence. Handcrafted pieces may also show small variations in placement or finish. Reasonable natural and handmade variations are part of the character of the piece and are not, by themselves, considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, personalization, or digital-delivery reasons, certain products may be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law. These may include used DIY kits, opened or materially used craft materials, personalized/custom-made products, and digital downloads after delivery or access. Any product-specific restriction will be disclosed on the relevant product page where necessary.

Change of Mind

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Nacre Cosmos. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where practicable. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Order Cancellation & Changes

If you need to cancel an order or change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been packed, transferred to a carrier, or dispatched, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible. If an order cannot be cancelled, the applicable return or resolution policy will apply after delivery. Personalized or custom-made orders may become non-cancellable once production has started, where permitted by applicable law.
