Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nacre Cosmos. Each order is prepared with care.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. During holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

U.S. Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 7-12 business days after dispatch.
• Standard Shipping: $9.99.
• Free Standard Shipping: orders of $100 or more.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs procedures, severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel enters the carrier network.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and relevant photos where applicable. We will review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another agreed solution.

International Orders

Initial shipping destinations include the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. For the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and local fees are handled according to applicable destination rules and the shipping method; Nacre Cosmos does not make a blanket promise that all international orders are duty-paid.
